Ordering Information
Lead time: for orders varies 1-6 weeks, plus 7-14 days transit time (time to ship).
Rush Orders: Available with a 15% surcharge.
Minimum Orders: No minimum order, but keep in mind there are minimum shipping fees to cover processing time.
Volume discounts: are available for case sizes, please see our catalogue for more details.
Product Returns: All returns must be received within 30 days and must first be authorized by your sales rep, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $10.
Payment Terms: All orders must be pre-paid via cheque or money order, or by Paypal, Mastercard or Visa with a 3.5% surcharge, sorry but due to our small profit margins we must pass this surcharge along to our customers, we are currently looking into alternatives.

Shipping Information NEW!
Canadian: Shipping and handling 3.5% of order total (before shipping and taxes) within BC, Alberta and the Yukon Territories, 5.5% in the rest of Canada.
USA: Orders under $1000 shipping is 7.5% of order total (before shipping and taxes) in Washington, Oregon and California, shipping to the rest of USA is 11.5%. Orders over $1000 or all orders shipped via UPS Standard are 15%.
International: Shipped via surface parcel, express post or international, contact us for more information.
